Lindolino charges a delivery fee, as set out below. Deliveries are made during working hours and a signature will be required for some but not all delivery methods (see below). If you have specific instructions please let us know in advance. We will contact you before we are ready to dispatch your order.
Mainland UK - £2 delivery fee- for swatch orders only of £20 value or under (royal mail, standard first class)
Mainland UK - £4 delivery fee- for lightweight products of £20 value or under (royal mail, standard first class)
Mainland UK - £8 delivery fee- for small products weighing 500g or under (e.g. 1 x adult pillowcase or 2 x child pillowcase or 1 x cot sheet or 2 x napkin or 2 x placemat or 2 x tea towel/glass cloth or 2 x hand towel or 1 x bath towel or pack of handkerchiefs)
Mainland UK - £10 delivery fee- for all larger items (e.g. all fabric, runners, tablecloths, 3 or more placemats, 3 or more napkins, child duvet covers, adult sheets, duvet covers, 2 or more adult pillowcases, 3 or more child pillowcases, 3 or more hand towels, 2 or more bath towels, 3 or more tea towels/glass cloths, all aprons). This is a signed for courier service which usually takes 1-2 working days. For substantial orders which are extremely heavy or for those requiring more than one parcel, or for those destinations not in mainland UK, we will notify you separately if our delivery fee will exceed £10.
Overseas - Our overseas delivery charges are calculated according to the weight, dimensions and destination of your order (the minimum charge is £20). We will notify you separately if our delivery fee will exceed £20.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned upon our receipt of the goods in the state that they were sent out. If the goods have been taken out of their packaging and the linen has been creased etc, we will need to charge you a repackaging fee so that the goods can be resold.
